Katherine Holloway founded Holloway & Associates after serving as a partner at a regional firm for more than a decade. She holds a Master of Laws in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center and has built her practice around helping clients protect wealth across generations — whether that means a straightforward will, a complex irrevocable trust, or a multi-entity business succession plan.

Katherine works closely with CPAs and financial advisors to coordinate estate, tax, and asset protection strategies into a single coherent plan. She is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC) and a frequent speaker at bar association CLE programs on trust modification and decanting.
