Douglas F. Hale J.D.

Douglas Hale spent eleven years as a federal prosecutor — including five years in the U.S. Attorney's Office's Economic Crimes Unit — before entering private practice. He now represents executives, business owners, accountants, healthcare providers, and other professionals who are under federal or state investigation or facing charges involving fraud, tax evasion, securities violations, healthcare billing irregularities, or money laundering.

Douglas handles every phase of white collar matters: pre-indictment investigations, grand jury proceedings, trial, sentencing, and appellate work. His institutional knowledge of how federal investigations are structured and how charging decisions are made gives his clients a genuine advantage at every stage. He is a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and chairs the bar's white collar subcommittee.
