Felicia M. Torres J.D.

Felicia Torres came to immigration law through personal experience — she immigrated from Colombia with her family as a teenager and went on to earn her law degree from the City University of New York School of Law. She represents individuals and families in asylum proceedings, cancellation of removal, adjustment of status, consular processing, family-based petitions, and DACA renewals. She appears regularly before the Immigration Court and the Board of Immigration Appeals.

Felicia is known for meticulous case preparation and her ability to connect with clients who are navigating an unfamiliar and often frightening legal system. She accepts a limited number of pro bono asylum cases each year through the county bar's Access to Justice program and provides reduced-fee consultations for income-qualifying individuals.
