Benjamin Park focuses exclusively on commercial real estate, representing buyers, sellers, developers, investors, and institutional lenders in transactions throughout the New York metropolitan area. His work includes commercial property acquisitions and dispositions, construction and permanent financing, ground leases, retail and office leasing, condominium and cooperative law, and land use and zoning matters before local boards.

Before opening his own practice, Benjamin was a senior associate at a large Manhattan firm where he closed over $500 million in commercial real estate transactions. He brings that level of expertise and sophistication to a boutique practice that emphasizes personal attention and genuine partner-level involvement on every deal. He is a regular contributor to continuing legal education programs on commercial leasing and financing.
