Hannah Bergman has built her practice around the intersection of estate planning and elder law, with a particular focus on families affected by disability. She creates special needs trusts that allow beneficiaries with physical or cognitive disabilities to receive inheritances and gifts without jeopardizing their Medicaid and SSI eligibility. She also assists elderly clients and their families with Medicaid planning, long-term care options, and the legal documents needed to plan for incapacity.
