Linda J. Kowalski J.D.

Linda Kowalski is a certified family law mediator and litigator who has spent eighteen years helping families through divorce, separation, and custody disputes. She believes strongly in mediation as a first option — it is faster, less expensive, and gives families more control over the outcome than courtroom litigation. When settlement is not possible, however, Linda is a skilled and tenacious advocate who knows how to prepare and try a family law case.

Her practice covers divorce and legal separation, property division, spousal support, child custody and visitation, child support, and post-judgment enforcement or modification. Linda also handles collaborative divorce matters and prenuptial and postnuptial agreements. She has served as a panelist for the county court's settlement conference program for the past five years.
