Maria L. Santos J.D.

Maria Santos has practiced family law exclusively for fifteen years, representing clients in divorce, legal separation, custody disputes, post-judgment modifications, and adoption proceedings. She is trained in collaborative divorce practice and believes that most families are better served by reaching agreements out of court — but she litigates without hesitation when the situation calls for it.

Maria is particularly experienced in matters involving business owner divorces, high-conflict custody disputes, and interstate custody relocations. She serves on the county bar's Family Law Section executive committee and mentors new attorneys through the bar's voluntary lawyer program.
